Return Refund and Replacement Policy


Please read Our return, refund and replacement policy carefully before placing purchase Orders on Our Website. Products once received by You are not eligible for return unless they have been found defective on delivery. Product(s) received should be NOT used by You and should be in the same condition as You received it. It should also be in same packaging as received by You. You should send us a parcel opening video which should show the defect clearly to prove the product was damaged at delivery only. Your sent videos and/ or records will be assessed at OJHEP®. Upon assessment and confirmation at OJHEP® You would be contacted by OJHEP® to decide whether You would want replacement Product or refund. OJHEP® will process further the requests made by You as we receive the defective Product(s) at OJHEP®. Refunds will be made to You on same mode as used by You during payment. Refunds will be initiated a few days after the Product(s) in connection is/ are received at OJHEP® at actuals. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product(s) to Us. You should send the Product(s) within 7 days of delivery of Product(s) at the address below

If the Product(s) return sent by You to OJHEP® are used by You and/ or they are not in original condition, and/ or it has damaged or missing parts not by OJHEP®’s faults or errors, You may expect NO refund and/ or even No replacements assessed on a case to case basis. You may expect partial refunds in case the return is initiated by You after 7 days of delivery. If You have not received the refund OJHEP® is pleased to help You with disbursement records, however You should initially check and confirm with Your bank, bank account, card issuer.

OJHEP® does not warranty if the replacement product being provided will be from the same SKU/ Product style/ Colour. However in case the replacement is a  different SKU/ Product style/ Colour; currently available choices in the same price range would be prior conveyed to the User and the User can convey back to OJHEP®  regarding the selected SKU/ Product style/ Colour for replacement. Shipping charges for returning the product(s) to OJHEP® are borne by You. OJHEP® cannot be held responsible for Products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, OJHEP® recommends You to use an insured and trackable mail service. Once the Product(s) reaches OJHEP® it will be examined by the officials at OJHEP® and the authenticity of the User complaint regarding damage would be checked. If the authenticity is established replacement procedure as described in the refund and replacement policy would be started. OJHEP® will not proceed for either replacement or refund unless the Product(s) in connection is/ are received at OJHEP® at actuals. OJHEP® will not refund shipping costs, consequently all shipping expenses will be removed when the refunds are made to You. Only the Product(s) price at indicated on purchase will be refunded. Time taken for the exchanged Product(s) to reach You may be less or may be more than the previous shipping depending upon various circumstances, OJHEP® will not be responsible for any delay in receiving of the replacement Products by You after OJHEP® has initiated the replacement.
