The description says the mask Moulds to your face What does this mean?
The mask design is made such that it can be made to fit or adapt to your face by simply folding it in OR towards your face. This holds true even at instances if the mask is slightly larger or smaller than your face. As the mask is washable and reusable upto a certain times, you will find that mask needs lesser moulding at each next use.

Is the mask comfortable to wear?
Yes. A lot of research went into selecting the fabric for the mask to offer a comfortable experience to the wearer along with overall protection.
Is the mask reusable?
Yes. The mask is washable and reusable and thereby sustainable. For detailed washing and care instructions please follow the instructions provided with the individual product of interest from the product description.
What are the mask layers made of?
The mask has four layers. 2 layers of filters are enclosed inside the 2, outer and inner layers of soft cotton covering. The filter layer is Spunbond 25 gsm each. The cotton fabric of the outer and inner layer can be specifically known in the product description of individual products.
The description says the mask is protective. What does this mean?
Yes. The fabric used for masks has been pre-treated. The various pretreatment agents include organic antiviral agents OR peppermint and neem broth. Please read carefully which particular agent has been used for pretreatment in the product of interest as well as the disclaimers and detailed disclaimers in the individual product and OJHEP® Policies section respectively.
What are Cloth head band ?
Cloth head bands are made out of cloth. They allow you to tie the head band at desired position and resistance at the back of your head. An accessory chin band is provided if you feel the mask loose at the chin area. OJHEP® MouldMe Face Mask Perfectly fits a sized (Please confirm size specification at the individual product description) face. You may remove the accessory Chin band if you do not feel its need
Elastics would have been better for me..
OJHEP® has recently introduced elastic applicability with the newly launched design. Although OJHEP® recommends the cloth band tying to retain the best fit of the mask continually over the time, this category of elastic applicability was especially introduced keeping in mind children and the specially abled. A Back head double elastic can be inserted into the product tags on both sides of the mask and worn comfortably by distributing the weight of the mask between the upper and lower part of the back of the head, as shown in the video.
HOW To Use
Lets have a look on how to use the mask in this video.
STEPS
- Pinch nose extension to shape it like a nose and hold OJHEP® MouldMe face Mask over the face
- Roll the ends inward towards the face. Also see this part in individual product description to confirm whether rolling in is required or not with the particular product
- Tie a knot behind the head
- Using two fingers press the nose extension, roll and tuck it inwards specially at the corners of the nose and Mould it to the shape of your nose
- Adjust or tighten the tie behind the head as required after perfectly fitting the mask Mask over the nose and chin
- If using elastics, insert the provided elastic into the product tags on the right and left ends of the mask. Tie knot using the elastic ends. Wear the mask as shown in the video.
